A luxurious restaurant with Chinese furnishings in a purely Japanese setting with architecture in the style of an austere tea-ceremony arbor.
With spacious private rooms laid out with either tables or hori-gotatsu style (with floor cushions around a low table and an opening underneath for feet), spend an elegant sojourn here as you look out over the Japanese garden. This is a top-class setting perfect for receptions, important anniversaries and various other gatherings. The concept is “delight in the seasons through Chinese cuisine.”Savor the flavors of Nara’s representative Yamato vegetables and the Yamato brand of produce featured in these Chinese dishes, and experience the seasonal tastes that are reminiscent of Japan’s food culture.
These types of dishes are relatively rare in Chinese cuisine, which is made with mostly standard ingredients. Different oils are used according to the dish, which is another way of preparing healthy food. These Chinese dishes will delight and excite you for the entire dining experience.
