Onsen

One of very few hot spring resorts in Nara City, located at what was once, thirteen centuries past, the corner of Nara imperial palace (Heijo-kyu). The spring water gushes forth from 800 meters beneath the earth to give us natural hot spring, a bath whose name derives from the Tempyo era (which lasted from 729 to 749, making it the longest imperial era in Japan’s Nara period), and whose many amazing facets are well-loved by our clientele.
